United Trends is a multi-brand selling channel of United Timepieces, a watch design & manufacturing business founded on the merits of creativity, hard work & dedication. Since 1999, we have always been driven by fashion - without any reason to look back until Covid, which had changed our entire business landscape, restricting travel & shifting our focus to a hybrid B2B & B2C model. This forced some pretty drastic changes in our business model, but we quickly pivoted in 4 ways:

We still serve the loyal customers whose trust we have garnered over the years, and continue to maintain the same relationships with our supply chain, distributors & mass retailers. We have produced watches for the likes of Aeropostale, Aldo, American Eagle, ASOS, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Cato, Elgin, Forever 21, Fossil Group, & more.
Sourcing & Sales
We have expanded our services to delve deeper into Fashion Accessories, and have developed 3 new categories of heightened interest: Lifestyle & Tech Accessories, Wellness, & Home Innovation. We are careful not to over-dilute our product offering by hoping to create & curate products that have a symbiotic relationship with each another.
Taking our business acumen of working with factories in the Greater China & Asian Subcontinent, we are able to mirror our design & manufacturing capabilities from our timepiece business into the categories you see on our store. All private label products are produced with strict confidentiality and restricted from our Retail channels unless a brand owner wishes to collaborate with us on sales efforts. Your shipping rate will depend on three variables:

UnitedTrends.net is partnered with UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & HK Post to provide several fast and affordable shipping options.
FedEx 3-Day Global Shipping (Priority Shipping) — Fast delivery and complete trackability of your order from the time it leaves the UnitedTrends.net warehouse until it arrives at your front door. 3-Day shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days. We only calculate business days.
USPS (Priority Mail) — Orders delivered to a P.O. box, APO/FPO address, or US territory from a US Warehouse will be shipped Priority Mail by The United States Postal Service. Delivery to a P.O. box within the Continental United States will take approximately 1 week, and delivery to APO/FPO, US territories, or a P.O. box outside the Continental United States will take approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on location. If you need faster shipping, please consider delivery to an alternate location in the Continental United States.
Standard Shipping (Free Shipping) — Low cost-effective delivery for packages under 50 lbs. Typically 12 to 29 business days within the contiguous US for delivery. Standard Shipping is available to all US addresses, including P.O. Boxes. This carrier picks up your UnitedTrends.net package from our fulfillment facility and passes the package on to the US Post Office (USPS) for final mile delivery.
*Orders with a weight of over 50 lbs or that require multiple package shipments, may be subject to shipping charges that are higher than our standard rates. Orders meeting these provisions may be held, and you may be contacted for approval on additional shipping charges before releasing your shipment.
Estimated Shipping Times
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Packages are only shipped Monday — Friday, excluding Holidays. Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than the verified billing address may require an extra processing time of 1-2 business days for security checks.

Duties & Taxes
Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government.
Payment options for customers outside the USA include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Alipay Payments. At this time, we process all credit card orders in US dollars. The final amount charged by your financial institution may vary slightly from what is displayed due to variations in exchange rates at the time your order is processed. Some banks and/or credit cards may charge additional conversions fees at their discretion.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have the Visa or MasterCard logos.
PayPal may be selected at checkout if you have an active PayPal account.
We also accept Alipay Payments for customers who have an active Alipay account set up.
UnitedTrends.net reserves the right to restrict or delay the processing of any international order exceeding $1,000 USD to guarantee timely customs clearance. If you place an order greater than $1,000 USD, a customer service representative may contact you and provide you with additional instructions.

We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items including sleepwear, underwear, resortwear, swimwear, or fitness gear.
When returning apparel, they must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s packaging, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s packaging, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Apparel returns will not be accepted unless both the apparel and packaging are undamaged. Electronics may only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the UnitedTrends.net invoice which came with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend using carriers who provide tracking and insurance, as UnitedTrends.net cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.
All returns must be sent to our Returns Department with the label:
“UnitedTrends.net - Returns Dept – [Country]”
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, UnitedTrends.net does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
